Job Role: Multi-Skilled Operative

This is a crucial position in UK construction projects, requiring hands-on physical work.

A positive attitude, motivation, and adaptability are key to succeeding in this role. You’ll collaborate with various trades on-site, performing a wide range of duties, including:

• Lifting and shifting materials

• Assembling and striking formwork

• Steel fixing

• Groundworks

• Carpentry tasks

• Demolition work

• Site cleaning and maintenance
